Fully managed websites

Some businesses recognize the need of a website but don’t have the funds available to invest in a custom designed website for their business. There are pre-designed websites available online called “templates”, which you can purchase cheaper than a custom website. But if you aren’t too tech savvy, it can be quite difficult to get it set up (due to such cheap prices for templates, the sellers don’t offer much, if any, help in setting up your website). This is where we come in.

We can assist you throughout the whole process. First we’ll have a preliminary meeting to discuss your business’ objectives and what you are looking for in a website. From there we will go online and find a few templates that match your needs. We will then meet again and go over the findings, helping you select the best one for your business. Once you have a template in mind, we will buy it for you, take your content and put it in the website, purchase a domain name, supply hosting and set you up with one of our maintenance plans so that you can keep your site updated frequently.

We will fully manage your website for you so you don’t have to worry about it. When it is time to take your site to the next level (either though customizing the template or developing a new site altogether), we’ll be here for you to ensure an easy transition. Just think of us as your website manager.

Training

Our industry requires us to have extensive knowledge in the Internet and technology in general. So if you feel you could be working more efficiently or need help with anything, we can visit your business and train you and your staff.

Website Analysis

We will provide you with an in-depth analysis of your site in regards to design, usability, accessibility, efficiency, ease of maintenance, marketing strategies, search engine optimization and search engine positioning, along with advice on how to improve all of these. We, of course, would prefer you work with us in redeveloping your site but if you have your own in-house designers or have another design team in mind, this is an excellent way to determine exactly what you should have done to improve your site and its return on investment (ROI).
