Free Business Documents
Web design can be difficult when starting out, especially if you don't have the right legal documents to protect yourself. Don't get caught off guard - ALWAYS USE A CONTRACT.
The following is a collection of business documents and sites containing documents to help you develop your own. Keep in mind that you should always have a lawyer customize the contract for you to ensure its legality. I did not write any of these, nor do I hold the rights to them. I found them free online and want to share them with everyone.

Scott Manning's Contract
Scott Manning has a great contract up on his website for people to use. He also has good information (check out the client tips).
Macromedia Web Production Management Techniques
This microsite by macromedia contains information every web developer should read, and is rife with documents to compliment the content. They update often so check back a few times.
Office Depot
Office Depot has a HUGE collection of downloadable business forms. It isn't specifically for a web design business, but most of the documents can work for almost any business.
