Services > Ongoing Maintenance > Demo

Both the prepaid maintenance and the pay-per-update plans use the same system for providing you with the means of telling us what needs to be updated. Below is a guide that shows how easy the process really is. (Click an image to view it fullsize.)

Step 1 - Submit Maintenance Request

Using the maintenance form we provide, you simply enter the necessary information (see image) which opens up a maintenance ticket for that update.

Step 2 - Discuss the Changes

After submitting the ticket, you will receive an email with a link to a page where we can discuss the project. We will ask questions, show you changes, and get your approval through this page. Whenever we reply to it, you will receive an email notification so you can receive our responses ASAP.

Step 3 - Complete the Maintenance

Once you have approved the changes through the discussion page, we will upload the changes to your website, close the ticket, and email (or mail if you prefer) you an invoice detailing the work done, time spent, time remaining (if prepaid maintenance plan) and total cost (if pay-per-update plan).

Let's get to work

Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss allowing us to make the updating of your website as easy as possible. We would be happy to give you a live demonstration of one of these plans either in person or by email.
